1. Agreement

By creating an Alysum account or using Alysum, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Use accurate account information and do not impersonate another person or organization.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of stories, notes, worldbuilding, comments, and other content you create in Alysum. You give Alysum permission to store, display, process, and transmit your content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

4. Community Use

Do not use Alysum to harass others, post illegal content, distribute malware, violate intellectual property rights, or interfere with the service. Alysum may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

5. Publishing and Reader Features

If you publish or share work through Alysum, you are responsible for having the rights to that material. Reader feedback, reviews, and comments should be respectful and should not reveal private information about others.

6. Service Changes

Alysum may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We will try to avoid disruptions, but we cannot guarantee every feature will remain available forever.

7. No Warranty

Alysum is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Alysum will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Alysum at any time. Alysum may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk, or causes harm to other users or the service.
